This being the case, why did one of Capital Health’s own premiere doctors participate in this comment from Item #7 of the documents listed on jeanwarden.com.?
“Spoke with medical staff, clinical supervisor and patient care manager about the situation. It appears that we are mandated to report-the Act states:”
By the way, what investigation might he be talking about? No one from Capital Health ever talked to me?
